1. General Provisions

This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") explains the types of information that ZMP Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") collects from users in the course of providing this service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and how the Company handles such information.

ZMP complies with the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" and various related laws and ordinances, guidelines, etc. of the relevant ministries and agencies regarding the handling of personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information Protection Act, etc."). This Policy constitutes a part of our Terms of Use. This Policy applies to all users of the Service ("Users").

2. What is the service we provide?

RoboVision is an app that allows viewing of remote video streams from various locations of installed camera. The app also allows users to record and save their video streams. This app allows the control of pan, tilt and zoom of the camera device.

3. Information we collect and how we use it

We collect two types of information from users: personal information and non-personal information. This section explains the meaning of these two types of information and how we use them.

3.1.Personal information

Personal information means any information that could be used to identify you by reasonable means. We will collect your personal information when you register with our application such as user email and name. If you communicate with us, such as via email, we may collect the content of the messages that you send.

3.2. Non-personal information

Non-personal information can be broadly defined as any information that does not relate to an identified or identifiable natural person. We collect non-personal information to improve the functionality of our services.
